Sure, they may vary slightly, but the general theme and how they view a problem will mirror your own approach. So how does this help with problem-solving and spotting issues before they become major? A diverse group creates collective intelligence. This means that everyone’s intelligence is pooled together and gives you a far bigger pot of ideas and solutions to work with.
