Many people struggle with mental health issues and don’t know which or how to fix them; it is important to create awareness for them.
Symptoms of anxiety include stress that’s out of proportion to the impact of an event and the inability to set aside worry and restlessness. Other prominent symptoms include:
• Nervousness.
• A sense of impending danger, panic, or doom.
• Increased heart rate.
• Hyperventilation.
• Sweating.
• Trembling.
• Feeling weak or tired.
• Trouble concentrating or thinking about anything other than the present worry.

Anxiety is the body's natural response to stress; it’s a feeling of fear or apprehension about what’s to come. On the first day of school, going to a job interview, or giving a speech may cause most people to feel fearful and nervous.
