Cleansing shouldn’t only be a one-time thing but a lifestyle to be followed such that it becomes woven into the daily routine, from diet to exercise.
What we put into our bodies is what makes the difference between healthy and “in dire need of a cleanse.” There are a few substances with latent potential for harm and foods that are instrumental in ruining our bodies, so it would be wise to avoid them even after a cleanse.Some of these foods, such as pork, eggs, milk, food oils, soft drinks, and salt, become known as “troublemaker foods” when taken in excess. The chemicals that pose grave dangers to our health are mercury, pesticides, fungicides, and even perfumes or cologne.
