Dr. Dianne Grande is an experienced psychotherapist who has worked with individuals, couples, and families in various settings including clinics, universities, practice groups, and assisted living facilities. As a Clinical Psychologist with an undergraduate background in Biology, she takes a holistic approach to mental health.
She currently works with adults who are struggling with anxiety and/or depression, as well as those coping with adult ADHD. In her clinical work, she teaches clients cognitive-behavioral coping skills, using a supportive strengths-oriented approach.
Dr. Grande writes a monthly blog for Psychology Today, and has contributed articles to online platforms including Choosing Therapy and Thrive Global. Her articles are focused upon mental health issues such as building healthy lifestyle habits, stress/anxiety management, communication skills, and how to create healthy, loving relationships.
